Caramel Powder
Caramel Powder is spray dried using liquid caramel IS: 4467:1996 (Type IV) produced in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. During this process, product quality is ensured by performing various online quality tests and final inspection prior to dispatch. The process is controlled by a PLC-based system, maintaining the sensorial quality attributes of the final product.
- Appearance: Caramel dark brown powder, free from hard lumps & extraneous matter
- Taste & Odour: Bitter taste with burnt sugar odor
- Colour: Caramel dark brown
Packing & Storage
Packed in triple laminated aluminum foil bags with an additional polyethylene bag & corrugated box. Weight: 7.5 kgs, two bags in one corrugated box. Store in a cool, dry place protected from rodents and insects.
Shelf Life
Recommended use of product is within one year of manufacturing.
Applications
Used in bakery products, confectionery, ice creams, dairy products, beverages, and flavoring applications.
