Mango Pulp Powder

Mango Pulp Powder is spray dried using mango pulp/concentrate produced from fresh, ripe, sound Totapuri mangoes in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. During this process, product quality is ensured by performing various online quality tests and final inspection prior to dispatch. The process is controlled by a PLC-based system, maintaining the sensorial quality attributes of the final product.

  • Appearance: Ripe mango light yellow color powder, free from hard lumps & extraneous matter
  • Taste & Odour: Typical ripe mango

Packing & Storage

Packed in triple laminated aluminum foil bags with an additional polyethylene bag & corrugated box. Store in a cool, dry place protected from rodents and insects. Material must be kept on pallets and away from walls.

Shelf Life

Recommended use within one year of manufacturing.
