Yogurt Powder is spray dried and manufactured from fresh pasteurized skimmed milk by culturing with Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. The product undergoes strict Good Manufacturing Practices, multiple online quality tests, and a final inspection to ensure purity and consistency. The entire process is PLC-controlled, preserving its sensorial attributes.

  • Appearance: Fine free-flowing powder, free from hard lumps
  • Taste & Odour: Typical of yogurt, sour, clean, no off taste

Packing & Storage

Packed in triple-laminated aluminum foil bags with an additional polyethylene bag & corrugated box. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from rodents and insects.

Shelf Life

Recommended use within one year of manufacturing.
